The name Exogenous has a double meaning. It refers to both exogenous depression and exogenous opioids (which Morphine is classified as medically).

Exogenous is the first new release from the project since Dysphoria was released in January 2020 (over two years ago) and the first EP since Trauma which debuted close to four years prior.
